Enrollment in any course at DICS Computer Institute is confirmed only after full or partial payment of fees.
Once enrolled, students are expected to attend classes as per the schedule provided.
Cancellation by Student
Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing (via email or letter) before the commencement of the course.
If cancellation is requested before the course start date, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
No refunds will be provided once the course has started, except under exceptional circumstances approved by management.
Cancellation by Institute
DICS Computer Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., faculty unavailability, insufficient enrollment).
In such cases, students will be offered either:
A full refund of fees paid, or
The option to transfer enrollment to another batch or course.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
Any applicable bank or transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non‑Refundable Items
Registration fees, admission charges, and study materials once issued are non‑refundable.
Discounts or promotional offers applied at the time of enrollment cannot be converted into cash refunds.
Transfer of Enrollment
Students may request to transfer their enrollment to another course or batch, subject to availability and approval by the institute.
Transfer requests must be made before the commencement of the original course.
