NIELIT Courses Benefit and Career Path

DICS offers NIELIT  ‘O’ level and ‘A’ level certification courses in the area of computer application, Bioinformatics and Hardware Maintenance. Duration of the course is one year, recognized by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT), Government of India.

Candidates who completed successfully those certification courses are eligible for the employment opportunities under Central Government as well as State Government jobs.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • Those who have passed 12th standard or have an ITI certificate after 10th class with 1 year working experience equivalent can pursue ‘O’ Level courses.
  • Candidates who have passed NCVT-Data Processing and Computer Software examination of Government of India.

NIELIT’s  ‘A’ Level course, equivalent, to an Advanced Diploma in computer applications. Main goal of this course is to equip students with IT skills and knowledge. After a period of coaching students requires to appear for the qualifying examination to earn the ‘A’ level.

  • Candidates with graduation or equivalent qualification can join ‘A’ Level courses.
